Write with a correction, a question about an entry, or a note about a building that has changed. Say which hotel and which page you mean, and give a source if you have one. The guide is run by a small team and every message is read, though not every message needs a reply.
Replies are sent as soon as the message has been checked against a source, which can take a while during quiet periods.
The Portico Guide takes no bookings and cannot pass a request on to a hotel. For a room, a date or an opening time, write to the hotel directly.
